Long detaied prompts can be created using SDL RAP to produce anything you can think of. These can be procedures, tasks and so on.

Examples:

• YouTube Shorts Videos - Create 30 diffierent scripts for InVideo to create 30 YouTube shorts videos for you to promote your business every other day for 2 months. Create these all and upload them to YouTube on a timed basis in under 3 hours.
• Bespoke 30 Day Email Campaign - Create targeted email campaigns at any client or business, tailor your business offering to their business needs in a seires of emails which build interest in your business.

ChatGPT Projects

A project is the first stage in semi-automation. It has probably dawned on you that you will want to use the same prompts on regular basis in ChatGPT for repeated tasks that you do daily, weekly or monthly. Projects allow you to do two things:

• Group similar chats into folders
• Add System Prompts and reference documents. A User Prompt is what you type into the Chat Box. System Prompts allow you to instruct ChatGPT to do the same thing on every peice of information that is entered into the chat box on ChatGPT. This opens up powerful opportunities.

Examples:

• Chart Creator - Just enter your sales report of figures (this could be a document you upload), then let this project produce all the sales charts you need automatically.
• Monthly Sales Report - We can take this idea further. Just upload your sales figures to this project and you will have a summary of what those figues tell you. It will compare this month with the last two months identifying insights, trends and areas you need to focus on improving.

Custom ChatGPTs

Custom GPTs in ChatGPT, are like projects but you have two extra features:

• You can share them with other people.
• You can send the results to another application or website using a webhook (a simple way of transfering data between web applications).

These two extra features create the next useful step in automating your business.

Examples:

• Professional Assembler Recruitment Process - This is a customGPT that helps screen candidates to work as sub contractors, in a chatty style. it accomodates sloppy spelling, mistypes and so on, collating all the informiton you need. unlike forms, if a section is not answered the process won't complete until it is answered, and it cn smooth over and correct typos or verify unclear answers.
• Guitar Selector - This is a sales tools that asks a series of questions about guitar playing styles, music styles and other preferences, before suggesting up to three suitable guitars to buy.
• Business Card Reader - A simple tool to extract business card details and show them on the screen so you can copy and paste them or download a csv file with them i for upload into your CRM system. This is a major time saver if you have been to an event and ahve 10-20 business cards to upload. It's all done in a few minutes!
• Product Code Loader - This extends a use case I needed for Flat Pack Amigos to load Ikea Product codes from images of receipts, orders or delivery notes. This tool tabulates them easily and then I can copy an paste them. It also creates a json object for me to load them directly into my computer system. This has literally saved me an hour, every time I needed to produce a detailed quote form one of these and now I can turn it around in minutes. I do upto 3 of these a day!
• Job Description Generator - Just paste a list of bulletted requirements of what you need someone to do in a new job you want to advertise, and it turns these into a full blown job description, with competencies and so on.
• Job Advert Generator - Similar to the previous tool, this will generate a job advertisement for you, from either a list of bullets or a job description produced by the above tool.
• Business Document Creator - Maybe you need a Terms of Business, Privacy Statement, Risk Assessment Method of Work Statement (RAMS) creating, again, copy and paste bullet points of what you need it to contain and a brief description of what it is and this will produce the document for you. Then all you need to do is proof read it and edit it.

Chatbots & AI Agents

Think of an AI Agent as a Chatbot on steroids, it can do things a chatbot can't, you can communicate with them via SMS, Email, Messenger etc. and it can kick off other processes. However, it isn't really that much more than a Chatbot. Have a look at ours below and you will get the idea.

There are a myriad of solutions available from various companies, however a lot of these really do not take advantage of the advances in AI. Chatbots can be written in an incredibly efficient way using YAML instructions. These are not like the old style chatbots, they are more like custom GPTs in terms of giving you exactly what you want, and you can specify conditions under which they will collect data and provide links to submit information or open up other web pages. The thing is, you do not need to know any coding, you do not need to learn any new system. Guess what? - all you have to do is apply RAP, and you can build a fully functioning chatbot for your website that does everything you want in a few minutes without the need to learn any fancy new systems!

• Negotiator 1-0-1 - A tool to teach you how to negotiate.
• Sales Closer 1-0-1 - A tool to you how to close sales.
• Objection Handling 1-0-1 - A tool to you how to handle objections.
• FAQ Chatbot - A simple chatbot which answers all the questions someone visiting your wbesite might have about your business. If it doesn't know the answer it will send you an email so you can asnwer it and add it to the chatbot knowledge base, so next time it is asked it can answer the question.
• Website Lead Generator - This tool builds on the FAQ Chatbot by gathering requirements from the user as they ask questions and starts to guide the user through a pre-sales process to qualify the user, and get sufficient information for a follow up call/email to provide a quote or proposal.
